Client engagement is through Initial Surveys carried out by our skilled and experienced senior project teams. We then deploy resource to meet project needs and ensure delivery of strategic project objectives to our clients. In over 20 years of operation, running projects around the globe, we have identified a need for new tools / new ways of working, that meet emerging requirements across the various markets and technology platforms we operate in. To meet these needs we have developed a number of custom / proprietary software tools which enable us to develop demonstrably optimized solutions for our clients. ‘PackDevPro’ is a unique packaging optimization platform, enabling clients to develop ‘right first time’ packaging solutions. ‘Greenshare’ is a global packaging sustainability reporting platform and ‘Catalyst’ is a systemized methodology for analysis of ‘route to market’ requirements.
