Our client looks to add value to the service that they provide to their wide customer base. A large part of existing activity within the Third Party Warehouse operations revolves around packaged goods delivered nationally and internationally. Packaging spends, product damage and Distribution cube all represent areas that, if optimised, could generate increased profit for their customers. The client recognised and accepted that Packaging Optimisation and assessment was not a core skill and through a vigorous selection process would engage a specialist company to complete this work.
